Mohd Badrul Hisham Mansor, has the qualification B.A. (Hons) Marketing with Multimedia from Multimedia University. Born on 16th October 1981, he has a wide experience in Information Technology and marketing. He has served as the Executive in Business Development with Microlink Solutions Berhad. Thus, with his realization and strong commitment, he then handled all business management of the company. He also holds the position as Head of Operations in a company called Illuminax Sdn Bhd and also holds a few positions in the social community as the Vice–President of the UMNO Youth Branch , Selayang Parliament Division, Selangor.
